All of our items are made to order. Please allow the following processing times:

  • Custom/Handmade Products: 7-10 business days

  • Graduation, Holiday, or Large Orders: May require additional time—please check the product description or contact us for current turnaround times

  • Digital Downloads: Instantly available after purchase

We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.

Shipping Times

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days (if available)

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location. Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or bundles.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Timeless Touch Creations is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit:
